At last! I’m free of Tiscali! Thanks to everyone who gave me advice, turns out one call to offCom and Tiscali do everything they can to sort the problem. Strange. I’m now with another company, let’s hope they’re not as bad when it comes time to leave.

How long has this taken in total? I’m not looking forward to terminating my account with Tiscali now I’ve moved. Saying that, I don’t need to use the same phone line so I doubt I’ll have the same issues.
Fingers crossed anyway…

It took me about 8 months.. Although OfCom got things moving a lot quicker. My advice is to call them if you have any problems.
