A Nice Little Earner

I was always skeptical about earning money through affliate links and online advertising, but for the past year I’ve been using a service called Text Link Ads and been very Impressed with the results.
Last month I earned a total of $112 from selling adverts from this site and others - I never imagined that I could make that much! TLA is cool, and if you’re looking to advertise, they even do a $100 free start up promotion. Get In!

Yep me likewise. It’s unbelievable compared to the trickle that Google Adsense generated in a comparable period. It’s quite nice to have a bit of PayPal shrapnel hanging around for those odd eBay purchases…

Here, here. I’ve had TLA on my site for a few months now and its quite nice to have nearly $50 sitting in my PayPal every month for purchasing some new music. I’m guessing its more reliable if you have a well ranked website more than anything though.

Does TLA require a certain amount of site traffic?
I’ve spent months optimizing my site (www.rangercareers.com) and am finally in the top ten listings on Google for search terms “park ranger jobs” and “national park ranger jobs.” But I’m still not seeing much AdSense action. Disappointing. Sounds like TLA might be a better bet.

I don’t know about traffic. You just sign up and people bid on your site. If they like it they’ll advertise with you. Give it a go!
